The Oakland Arena staff is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. As a safety precaution, large bags such as backpacks and refrigerators are not allowed into the arena. Guests carrying any of these items will be denied entry until they store them elsewhere. The Oakland Arena will not be responsible for the storage of any of these items.
Changing tables for babies can be found in the Stockton Arena, in every family bathroom, and in the large stands of every normal bathroom. Guests who are found to be publicly intoxicated, using offensive language, throwing objects, or engaging in any other behavior deemed dangerous or disruptive by Oakland Arena Guest Service representatives may be banned from the Oakland Arena. Accessible parking is also available in the first two rows of the parking lot, closest to the arena. If prohibited items are discovered during a search, guests will be asked to discard them or return them to their cars before re-entering the building.
The Stockton Arena has public elevators located in the northeast corner behind section 103 and in the southwest corner next to the equipment store. Please note that any duplicate ticket issued will replace the original one for Oakland Arena seats. The Oakland Arena is also committed to providing assistance to charitable organizations, primarily in Alameda County. BART and AC Transit both make frequent stops at the BART Coliseum station, which is located on the east side of the Oakland Arena and is connected to it via an overpass pedestrian bridge.
Oakland Arena guest service representatives reserve the right to ask any guest to remove a sign or banner from the arena. Strollers and baby carriers for children are not allowed in the bow of SAP Center seats; however, they can be registered free of charge during the entire event and picked up at any time when leaving the stadium. All unclaimed lost and found items are stored in Oakland Arena administrative offices for 30 days.
